Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IDT Shop platform (the "Service") operated by INFINITE DISTRIBUTION TEAM LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, reserving a unit, or checking the SMS consent box, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SMS Program

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from INFINITE DISTRIBUTION TEAM LLC at the mobile number you provided. The SMS program includes:

• Transactional messages — sent in response to actions you take (e.g. reservation confirmations, status updates, reward reminders). These are necessary for account function and are not opt-outable while your account is active.
• Marketing messages — promotional offers and product highlights, sent up to approximately twice per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the marketing schedule above. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. For support, reply HELP or email team@idtshop.app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of the SMS program may be limited or unavailable in certain regions or on certain carriers.

3. Opt-In & Consent

You provide consent to receive SMS messages by checking the communication approval box during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP. Your data and consent are recorded in our system; see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Promotions, Reservations & Rewards

Reservations, promotional pricing, and rewards are subject to availability and the terms set by the affiliate offering them. INFINITE DISTRIBUTION TEAM LLC is not the seller of the underlying products; we facilitate reservations and affiliate coordination. Reward fulfillment is handled by your assigned affiliate.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFINITE DISTRIBUTION TEAM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the SMS program.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
