This Privacy Policy explains how INIFINITE DISTRIBUITON TEAM LLV ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the IDT Shop platform, including our SMS program. By using the Service and opting in to communications, you consent to the practices described here.

• Account details — birthday, account type, and interests/tags you select during onboarding.
• Activity data — reservations, referrals, rewards, and product interactions.
• Consent records — the timestamp and source of your SMS consent (stored securely in our system).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send transactional SMS and email (reservation confirmations, status updates, reward reminders) necessary to operate your account.
• To send marketing SMS and email (up to ~twice monthly) about offers and products, only when you have opted in.
• To assign you to an affiliate for coordination and reward fulfillment.
• To improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Opt-In, Opt-Out & Help

By checking the consent box during onboarding, you opt in to receive SMS messages from INIFINITE DISTRIBUTION TEAM LLC.

• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from marketing SMS.
• Help: reply HELP for support, or email team@idtshop.app.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transactional messages may continue as needed to operate your account even after you opt out of marketing.

4. Sharing & Service Providers

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g. our SMS provider Twilio, and our email provider Resend) under agreements that restrict their use of your data. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. SMS consent records are retained to document your opt-in.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at emmanuelcjoshua@gmail.com. You may also opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission is fully secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
